SJ Travel & Tours

At SJ TRAVEL TOURS, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible travel experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) is received and a confirmation voucher or receipt is issued.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances unless stated otherwise:

  • Airline tickets marked as non-refundable

  • Visa processing fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Promotional or discounted packages

  • Third-party service charges

3. Cancellation or Changes by the Company

In rare cases where SJ TRAVEL TOURS must cancel or significantly change a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings):

  • Customers may choose between:

    • A full refund of the amount paid (excluding non-refundable supplier charges), or

    • An alternative tour or travel date, subject to availability.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

  • Bank charges, transaction fees, or currency exchange differences (if any) will be borne by the customer.

5. Amendments & Date Changes

  • Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or services are subject to availability and supplier rules.

  • Additional charges may apply.

  • Some changes may be treated as cancellations depending on supplier policies.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Flight cancellations by airlines

  • Acts of God

In such cases, refunds (if any) will depend solely on the service provider’s policies.
