2. Booking & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.

Any balance payment must be made before the travel date as communicated.
3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices may include or exclude taxes, service charges, or government levies unless stated otherwise.

Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier fees after booking will be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, tickets, and other required documents.

Passport validity must meet destination and airline requirements.

The Company is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or delays due to incomplete or invalid documents.
7. Visas

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
8. Health, Safety & Insurance

Customers are responsible for meeting health and vaccination requirements.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

The Company is not liable for medical expenses, illness, injury, or loss during travel.
9. Limitation of Liability

We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, accidents, or service failures caused by third parties.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for our services.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or airline disruptions.

Customers agree to comply with:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misconduct or violation of laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and materials used by SJ TRAVEL & TOURS are the property of the Company and may not be used without written permission.
